The idea is to create a fashion center for young labels on the property in the north of the port of the northern channel in Berlin. Fashion designers, who are still at the beginning of their careers, can rent a workspace and produce their clothes to sell it later in the fashion center.

Based on the utilisation of the building, the design idea consists of three levels, each divided into six strips. These strips are woven together into a "Flechtgebilde". The strips serve as accommodation and transport areas.
